Since I cant correctly boot, I'm using the terminal available booting recovery partition.
I already update lilu.kext at Library/Extensions and at EFI/CLOVER/kext/Other.
But continue to fail to boot.
Do I need to update caches? How can I do that since I'm not running the macOS partition?
Hello,
Have the same error message. I never used lilu.kext before, and my system always boot correctly until the 10.13.2 update without lilu.kext.
What is the solution? Reinstall again the 10.13.1?
Thanks in advance.
According to guide ( https://www.tonymacx86.com/threads/guide-booting-the-os-x-installer-on-laptops-with-clover.148093/ ) these are the only drivers that you need:
You must generate again the SSDT.aml file.
Each SSDT.aml is OS X and SMBIOS dependent! So the files that you have doesn't work for other OS version. If you change SMBIOS, you have to generate new SSDT.aml file!
For 10.11 - El Capitan, you have to generate the SSDT.aml with the release version of ssgPRgen.sh (use it without parameters) to boot with xcpm flag.
For 11.12 - Sierra, you have to use the beta/test version of ssgPRgen.sh (again, without parameters).
It works!!
In fact I verified that my CPU never goes above 3.00GHz, but in SSDT.aml and Intel specifications it can reach to 3.20GHz.
Any clue why it can reach the top frequency?
Uhm... seems to be the same problem that I reported with sierra preview: http://www.tonymacx86.com/threads/hp-elitebook-9470m-cpu-always-at-minimum-frequency.200609
Maybe I will try to install sierra during this weekend...
