It is solved now.
I had to add this patch to clover patches
Description: Changes ECDV to EC
Find: 45434456
Replace: 45435F5F
Thanks to Jake Lo
I also added SSDT-EC.aml to my patched ACPI folder in Clover
I have a Dell Inspiron 3537 with Core i7 - 4500U processor, 8GB Ram, Intel HD4400 Graphics, Radeon Discrete Graphics(which I believe I have disabled correctly)
My setup might sound a bit odd as I have two SSD's and on the main one where I keep the Mac-OS I have an EFI with Clover which runs...
Download and install the Intel Power Gadget and start a resource hungry app if you will see the charts going up and down it means it is working correctly. It also shows the GPU power management for that I would start a 3D game and see if it changes. That did it for me.
Have the same issue Cannot figure out what causes it. But to reproduce: Play a video on youtube and start appstore and do a search and look thru the results
See attached OSX-PANIC.JPG
Thanks for the above advice I haven't try that yet. Will remove the SSDT.aml and switch on PluginType to true and then follow the guide for the config.plist.
The weirdest of all is that nearly everything works perfectly in the OS apart from maybe two things one is...
Hi Again,
I have had many attempts with both guides and I am always ending up at the same place where I am now.
I cannot update from 10.13.4 to 10.13.5 or 10.13.6 either it always panics I had messed around with clover on an USB stick and have managed to get a GUI with an error message that I...
I have managed to fix it with a new AppleALC.kext .
Now I have noticed a weird one when I try to extract in clover using F4 then I get files like these :
RSDT-SSDT-5-CRV ORB.aml
RSDT-SSDT-6-CRV ORB.aml
RSDT-SSDT-7-CRV ORB.aml
RSDT-SSDT-8-CRV ORB.aml
RSDT-SSDT-9-CRV ORB.aml
SSDT-0-CRV ORB.aml...
Any clover patches for the HDMI audio after the most recent supplemental update?
It only broke my HDMI audio I believe there is a new clover patch needed for the Intel HD4400
Fixed. Could you please advise me what or which file should I fix or what should I change in config.plist in order to get better results.
Also the resolution issue of the TV which I mentioned at the beginning was fine on Sierra but after I updated to High Sierra it occured.
There is a discrete switchable Radeon HD 8670M in the laptop but it is unused in the mac. At least that is what I assumed. So i don't need any patching in ssdt or just the patching related to the GPU??
I have spent hours going thru that guide and all the patching that I have done you confirmed previously was ok to add as I already discussed this on the Dell Inspiron 35x7 55x7 75x7 Yosemite/El Capitan install guide. I am really stuck where my ACPI is patched incorrectly as everything else...
