Download and install the Intel Power Gadget and start a resource hungry app if you will see the charts going up and down it means it is working correctly. It also shows the GPU power management for that I would start a 3D game and see if it changes. That did it for me.

There is a discrete switchable Radeon HD 8670M in the laptop but it is unused in the mac. At least that is what I assumed. So i don't need any patching in ssdt or just the patching related to the GPU??

Could you point where do I achieve that can it be done somehow easily for example in the config.plist?? The lag does not happen at fresh boot or at wake from sleep. Checked it already. The only pattern is the one mentioned above.
