Monitor connected to the IGPU shows the Apple logo - I should have mention it happens after boot, sorry I made myself sound dumber than I really am I guess :p
I don't have any boot problems. there is no freeze happening. The machine is on, working fully, with the monitor attached...

I have UHD 630 working with acceleration - it works with both CFL or KBL spoof
I tried the original method using what highlights, but nothing highlights when I connect monitors to my IGPU

I had 2 builds with Gigabyte motherboards with Thunderbolt onboard. Both of them I had to install Windows first. After all this, Thunderbolt ports worked easily except for hot plug. They were all Thunderbolt 1.
after testing some stuff and having read a lot of threads and help from @CaseySJ and others
here is what I got
I'm able to have IGPU with 1536VRAM in two scenarios
smbios iMac 18.1 - no hdmi or dvi working on IGPU - system shows IGPU as KBL -(config_181_KBL.plist attached)

Tried with the new config.plist can't boot into system, screen goes black
I was able to boot in safe mode - only dvi monitor - the IGPU appears with 1536MB (screen grab)
will work on this some more tomorrow
