So after I fix those things and I save the edit of the Config.plist I eject the USB take it to my build and boot up, but nothing in the options has changed. Even though if I pulg it out and stick it back in to my mac and reopen the Configurator the changes are still there. am I missing Something...

Got it. Your guide post made it seem like the kext where already in the clover you dowloaded i guess. I am catching on I think.
