Upgraded directly from Sierra 10.12.6 to High Sierra (HDD option) with no problems, had to install new Nvidia drivers and sound drivers. Thanks for the support and great work guys! :)

I had my sound working for over a month fine since my installation of hackintosh. I installed some stupid Movavi screen capture program and it installed Movavi Sound capture as device and removed my old device that worked fine. I uninstalled stupid program but I still don't have any input...

UPDATE I booted to BIOS (while Windows HDD was disconnected) to check my settings one more time and something interesting happened. BIOS recognizes MacOS as UEFI, here's screenshot of BIOS. But it still wont boot to that UEFI. I also tried copying EFI folder (from USB to HDD) after configuring...
