I had this problem and it was due to IGP being enabled in the BIOS. I now boot directly from my 760 and it works (changed config in BIOS). Do you have a GPU ? I would say this is related to graphics... Can you boot with -v and post the output (where it crashes) ? Cheers

I built it and use it mainly for video editing but it also is my main rig so it's used a lot for genreral stuff. My W7 drives are for gaming. It's a pretty polyvalent rig !
