So, I have this system setup to dual boot. Everything works fine in Windows 10. If it’s an issue with bios wouldn’t it not work with both OS’?

Still having trouble getting this card to work, are there any other options to try?

Hi there, I tried adding the patch, but no change. After applying the patch I rebooted with all my other settings. Then when that didn't work I uncheck ati-inject, igfxInject, Lily.kext and whatevergreen.kext. But, that didn't work either. Not really sure where to go from here.

Still having trouble, I updated older versions of Lili and weg kext to the newest ones,cleared kext cache, switched cables, tried a bunch of different clover settings, rechecked bios settings. Still black screen when booted, only way I can access is through vnc.

Thanks for the suggestions! So, I had already injected both lilu and weg kext to /library/extension. The card has two hdmi ports which I tried both. I do t have with types of dvi cables. I don’t mind buying them, but if there is a setting change I could make I would to see if that’s possible first.

Okay a little progress, it now says the nvidia driver is being used but still acting like its not. Very jerky window movement and less color range. Also noticed under "about my mac" it list the card as NVIDIA chip Model 7mb

Unfortunately, not able to select NVIDIA driver once everything is installed. In Sierra everything worked properly. After updating to 10.13, the Nvidia Driver stopped working, so I followed instructions above. I installed the latest driver .120, updated the .kext files, and temporary disabled...

Got it with the GTX 690! However, the graphics seem to be having a lot of issues like flashing and very slow. Are their specific .kext files I should be adding? Thanks!!

That makes perfect sense! :) I actually do have an old GTX 460 and 690(690 doesn't fit in my case). I will try with the 460. Thanks for the reply! As for the profile, I did update with system info. Will check again.

I attached a -v screenshot, looks like. Since my original post, I started over and tried to do upgrade with hfs+ but unfortunately same issue.
