After installing the latest sierra updates single click and scrolling gestures stopped working however other gestures are still working like 3-finger pressing and 4-finger pressing. How to fix this ?

I upgraded directly from El Capitan to Sierra, everything works fine except the numberpad stopped working. Also some gestures isn't working with the touchpad.

Can i update directly from El capitan to Sierra ?

Is combo headphone/mic jack still not working ?

Can i upgrade directly to Seirra from Appstore ?

I fixed the fastboot issue it was because wrong name of partition. I disabled log in config.plist. Will i find bootlog ?

I cloned my El Capitan partition to the new SSD and copied the efi partition. It boots but nothing in the config.plist is applied even the theme. every thing with working fine on the old HDD.

I removed Android File transfer and changed to MacBookPro11,1 from MacBookPro11,2. I am using Ethernet now. and Finder still crashes

Finder crashing problem started before i started using USB Wifi. I use ethernet most of the time.

Sometimes Finder crashes when right click or trying to open some folders this happens randomly. When finder crashes it don't relaunch. Maybe this a HDD issue ?

Updated through the App store. It is running smoothly.

Can i use this guide for El Capitan ?

Is there a way to increase the mac osx partition after installation ?
