Hey RehabMan and others dealing with El Cap USB 3.0 power issues I seem to have resolved the USB 3.0 power issue with the usbhubpowerfix located here: https://github.com/mkhon/USBHubPowerFix Can now mount more than one 3.0 device that requires power.

Hey GMarz, Can you share you USB patch? I've done extensive work in this area and can only mount one usb 3.0 drive at a time. Would love to know what worked for you.

I tried mounting the two drives on my macbook pro (running same os version 10.11.6) and there were no issues. They mounted fine. Also tried removing SSDT.USB from the patches folder with no changes. Seems that the system will only allow 1 USB 3.0 port to draw power at a time. Thanks.

Rehabman, I believe the highCurrent has solved the issue. I was getting inconsistent mounting results after each reboot - different drives/devices mounting/not-mounting or reporting no power so it was difficult for me to track down a specific port. HighCurrent seems to have allowed everything...

Thanks. I added the inject = true through clover and still having the same issue, is it odd that the usb 3 drives are getting power?
