Amazing EFI folder. Works great with Catalina 10.15.4. Unfortunately i lost power management after updating to 10.15.7
For Big sure same problem (reboot in loop at second stage).
Rampage V extreme edition 10 + 5820K
I have never installed any kind of disabler or whastoever kext(s) related to PM
And set to 64.. if you use the correct ID ; there is ID for 32 and 96 too ;) depends on which one you inject :)

Far from my ex 980X even slighty over clocked (4,3GHz limit in SL before KP and unlocked BIOS). But i haven't pushed the CPU neither the RAM. Need to bench at 5GHz and 2400MHz + memory :D
I just go with the flow :headbang:
Yep stuck a X8. SSDT is indeed required to over clock at least. And stock PM is X16 X35 normally, hardware monitor never shown me the turbo coeff (X39). If you set your multiplier manually, maybe it will break PM.
I made a lot of tests with various Mac Pro, iMac and Mac mini definitions. All stuck to X8 multiplier. SSDT is indeed required to overclock or stock power management ; at least on my rig.
Could you tell which persons got the HD4000 running on MVF ? 3 years and a half of Hackintosh.. never seen...
As toleda suggested, Mac mini 6,2 works great ; more P-States than iMac 13 :
