Make sure you have the latest version of High Sierra on that drive (10.13.4 as of now). Maybe that would solve it.

There is an issue with getting MacOS High Sierra working with Unibeast 8.2 at the moment here's a workaround:

Hey! Ok now I have the pictures. So I manage to boot from the USB made in UNIBEAST but I cannot find an install external device in the menu. Could the problem be that I need to start formating the USB in APFS instead of Apple journal extended?
