As I believe that I may be able to get HDMI Audio working via my monitor if I use a video card I am installing an Gigabyte branded NVIDIA GeForce GT 980 Ti G1 OC that I have lying around...
Wish me luck all. :-)
Is this working under Intel x100 series chipsets (such as the Z170) for the Realtek ALC1150 audio driver?
I believe I am getting signing errors during the package installation.
I also have no Audio devices listed under System Report / System Information.
I tried the Multibeast 9.x.x...
OK, I am surfing the Internet (this site) using my Hackintosh on an ASRock Z170 Fatal1ty K4 motherboard.
Sadly I have no audio,... or no audio yet.
The installation of the Clover-ALC1150.pkg fails with a signing error I suspect.
Okay, I tried heaps of stuff and managed to get it working (installed, E2400 detected but unplugged so far).
It boots MacOS Sierra 10.12.3 pretty fast too!
Stuck at this (VERBOSE) when attempting reinstall:
After a few minutes the following line appears:
busy timeout [0], (240s) kextd wait (0): 'Apple ACPI CPU'
WHICH LOOKS LIKE A TYPO!
I swear it should be looking for an APIC or something instead!?
Maybe I'm just tired?
If anyone can shed light on this while I attempt the re-install of macOS Sierra (10.12.3) I would really appreciate it, although I have come quite far by myself I feel now might be the time to ask others for assistance.
OK, I have compiled "AtherosE2200Ethernet.kext" using Xcode from the GitHub repository and copied it to the EFI > Other and EFI > 10.12 folders.
I'll try re-installing as it only takes 15 minutes. :-)
I'm not sure 'How To' consider Rebuild Of Prelinked Kernel... or what I should try next.
I'm using Intel HD 530 via HDMI.
If I leave it long enough it eventually loads to another SBBoD. [Sigh...]
