Anybody with a successful Asus P8Z77-I Deluxe build with an AMD GPU?

I have the same problem (except my motherboard is an Asus P8Z77-V). Have you found a way to make it work ?

10.8.3: AMD Radeon HD 7xxx Graphics Testing Thread

I can't get my Sapphire HD7970 Ghz Edition Vapor-X 6GB to work. My motherboard is an ASUS P8Z77-V. The HD4000 is set as the primary graphics but when I start Mac OS X with the HDMI plugged in the HD7970 nothing happens... I have waited enough time but the screen stays black. What's wrong ?

    Sleep works... for 2 seconds...

I finally found what was the problem. It was the USB connection of my Corsair H100i.

    Sleep works... for 2 seconds...

It didn't help. It takes less time to go into sleep mode but it wakes up. I just noticed that it's a sleep -> wake loop. It sleeps (fans off, blinking sleep light) then wakes up and it starts over and over.

    Sleep works... for 2 seconds...

My Asus P8Z77-V uses a flashed BIOS (can't remember where I downloaded it) and I'm not using any DSDT or SSDT (DSDT-Free Install).

The wake reason is "?", so what's the problem ? And I haven't installed USB 3.0 drivers.

    Sleep works... for 2 seconds...

Yes, I did reboot after each change. It seems that I have none of these kexts in /Macintosh HD/System/Library/Extensions. By the way. my motherboard is an Asus P8Z77-V and I'm using a flashed BIOS.

I tried to change it to ...=1 but it didn't work so I erased the Darkwake line and my boot logo changed but nothing else, still doesn't work.
