Solved harddisk issue by flashing the BIOS
The issue with the installation in general was solved by creating the creating the Boot USB from a non-hackintosh MacBook Pro. So downloading Mojave from my Hackintosh and creating the USB resulted in a non-working installation drive!!
Luckily...
Summary: Mojave fails to install on an SSD, that was previously used for El Capitan. After erasing, Clover is still present on the disk, and Mac OSX shows up as a boot device. Could this be causing the installation problem, and if so; how do I fully clean this disk and prepare it for a fresh...
I had the same problem, so i also followed your instructions.
My monitor was attached to my videocard, and when I changed the setting to onboard graphics (IGFX), the screen was black when I rebooted (it was connected with display port)
However, then I got a hdmi cable and connected the display...
Thanks for the reply!
Deleting the printers from the printer's list en removing any cables unfortunately didn't solve the problem.
Any other suggestions are highly appreciated!
All of a sudden my Mac won't go to sleep anymore. Only the display turns off, but the power light remains on. As a bonus, the audio stops working after the display wakes from 'sleep' again.
Actually this problem plays for two weeks or so. I can't recall changing anything, which could cause...
4k monitor (Samsung U28D590D) - can't select 4K resolution
Hello people!
I recently upgraded my CustoMac from Yosemite to El Capitan. Although the installation went flawless, there is just one thing I can't get to work. And that is my 4k monitor. While on Yosemite I was able to select 3840 x...
Is there a way for Clover to skip the initial bootscreen where you have to select the correct drive etc?
Is it possible to skip it, like with Multibeast?

Sometimes 5 times in a row without using the computer for more than five minutes.
Sometimes a day without a single freeze.
Can't lay my finger on what's causing the problems.
Have to say though that it hardly bothers me because my system...
Perhaps try boot loader GraphicsEnabler=no ? The slow mouse probably has something to do with the (onboard) graphics card, I had the same problem.
Sound was easily 'fixed' at mine by going to system preferences and selecting internal speakers from the dropdown menu ;)
Got the same problem since a few days... I'm running the hackintosh since a week or two, but strangely enough I didn't encounter the problem the first few days. Really can't remember making any significant changes meanwhile.
The problem does seem to occur more often though when I use the...
Got everything working now!! Very happy :D:D
Took me some time and cursing, but it's working like sunshine now.
I think many of my problems have been caused by using the VGA output, not sure, but when I bought a DVI cable everything started working suddenly. If I connect the computer using a...
I still can only boot when using boot flag PCIRootUID=1.
Well, at least I'm typing this from my new hackintosh :D. But graphics card and one memory stick still not installed. In addition to that the system is running very slow... I mean really slow. When moving the mouse around for instance it...
