This review of the Corsair Hydro Series on Anandtech is worth a look, plus there's a lot of good info about water-cooling in the comments.

micro atx case + mobo + watercooling ( ideas??? )

In this MATX build, air intake is the 12cm fan at the lower right. The radiator and 12cm push/pull fan stack is at the upper left, underneath the PSU; it exhausts out the back of the case. All fans are PWM; with the radiator fans powered off the "CPU Fan" header on the MB. Note the green gasket...

The Rosewill R101-P-BK. Unfortunately, its recently been discontinued on NewEgg. The screws provided with the H80 interferred slightly with the side panel fit; used a dremel with a small grinding wheel to add clearance, a simple job which took 5-10 minutes. I have a picture of the completed...

micro atx case + mobo + watercooling ( ideas??? )

The self-contained CPU water-coolers, like the Antec Kuhler H20, have a 12cm radiator that mounts internally with 1-2 12cm fans (for airflow through the rad). Since the case you bought has two front mounted fans of the right size, you *might* be able to mount the radiator/fan stack on one of...

I've built two MATX computers with this case. The second build has a Corsair H80 CPU cooler, including push/pull radiator fans. For PWM case fans, I like these.

The 4530s on sale for $949 at NewEgg is actually a different model, with a Core i7-2670QM 2.20GHz CPU and one USB3 port.

Install Guide/Discussion Thread for HP Probook 4530s!

OS X 10.7.2 successfully installed today using this guide, working well. Verbose booting turned off, less than 30 seconds to desktop with a 7200rpm Western Digital HDD.

Slideout Access to RAM, Hard Drive, Wifi- no screws needed!

Ditto; access to media bay, HDD, CPU heatsink/fan, and RAM is simple and direct; nothing more than a mini-skirt. Although my initial attempt to install Lion with UniBeast met with only partial success, future efforts will probably lead to a happy ending. 8-)
