In this MATX build, air intake is the 12cm fan at the lower right. The radiator and 12cm push/pull fan stack is at the upper left, underneath the PSU; it exhausts out the back of the case. All fans are PWM; with the radiator fans powered off the "CPU Fan" header on the MB. Note the green gasket...
The Rosewill R101-P-BK. Unfortunately, its recently been discontinued on NewEgg. The screws provided with the H80 interferred slightly with the side panel fit; used a dremel with a small grinding wheel to add clearance, a simple job which took 5-10 minutes.

I've built two MATX computers with this case. The second build has a Corsair H80 CPU cooler, including push/pull radiator fans.
For PWM case fans, I like these.
OS X 10.7.2 successfully installed today using this guide, working well. Verbose booting turned off, less than 30 seconds to desktop with a 7200rpm Western Digital HDD. :thumbup:
Ditto; access to media bay, HDD, CPU heatsink/fan, and RAM is simple and direct; nothing more than a mini-skirt.
Although my initial attempt to install Lion with UniBeast met with only partial success, future efforts will probably lead to a happy ending. 8-)
