Thank you! I used AptioMemoryFix.efi and AptioInputFix.efi from here: https://github.com/acidanthera/AptioFixPkg/ (I could not find them anywhere else). After the long list of + signs nothing else happens. I will try adding slide=0 to the boot arguments next.
