It's just turned off, the case is "turn off bluetooth" button on the settings is not functioning so I have to keep it open all the time, that's why I turn off all the wireless connections since the wifi is not working either (fn+prtScr). If I need it I just press that button again then it goes...
HS08 is used for the bluetooth, which right now is disabled to save power but when I enable it, it appears below HS08 (shown on the attached file)
when I choose sleep from the power menu the screen dims and if I press any key between 10-20 seconds it goes back to work, but after that nothing...

Note: I updated the os from 10.14 to 10.14.3
I read that note before but everything worked fine on high serria, I tried removing it and the sleep didn't work as well. Is there anything else I should do?

I installed all the kexts using this command:
sudo cp -R KextToInstall.kext /Library/Extensions
then I ran:
sudo kextcache -i /
and the output is:

I installed all the kext using kext utility and followed the instruction for disabling the hibernation but unfortunately the problem still exists.
When I choose sleep from the power menu the screen dims but the laptop doesn't sleep, also it won't open unless I do a forced shut down from the power button, Can any one help?
My laptop model is Dell inspiron 5567
Note: it was running well on high sierra, and after Mojave fresh install it's...
