Hello I´m testing Yosemite on my workstation (ASUS Z9PE W8 DS) and i have 2x Intel Xeon E5 2680 In order to boot Yosemite i have to use cpus=1 but it works until cpus=31. If use cpus=32 it doesn´t boot. So it seems that there´s a limit of usable cores on Yosemite or anything similar.
