Thank you pastrychef, I've switched to iMacPro 1.1 end eveything works fine, Geekbench multi score though it noticeably lower around 500marks 6970 compared to 7444 imac 19.1. Should i be concerned from the score drop?

Got one more question if anyone knows, the best iMac configuration for this build with i7 9700 and radeon card with onboard intel gfx disable is iMac 18.1 or iMac 19.1 Thank you

Thank you pastrychef The fans are working when run the benchmark, so I guess for mojave 10.14.6 Vega 56/64 works out of the box
