Update 2... Unfortunately this only seems to work when the external monitor is plugged in the hdmi port... So this no solution... :(

Very close... Using USBInjectAll.kext, how do I disable port HP18? Tried using -uia_exclude(HS,SS,SSP,XHC) from clover boot flags..

Can I get the port that corresponds to the bluetooth device using IOREG? So I would patch USBInjectAll.kext to exclude said port? Thank you,
