I got this one running. GraphicsEnabler=No. single monitor using DVI-to-DVI connection, QE/CI works and the correct resolution. no problems with playing videos (watching Batman Brave & The Bold via VLC right now LOL). Running Lion 10.7.3 with v7.1.8 of the ATi kexts.
