<< Solved >> Igpu (hd630) not working as expected

Fixed. I had to change the primary graphic card from PEG to ogpu in the BIOS. MacOS do not seems to be smart enough to detect correctly the igpu model without that.

<< Solved >> Igpu (hd630) not working as expected

Hii, I found a temporary "fix" to my glitches problem with igpu (HD630). But I don't know how to fix it permanently. The "fix" : I change BIOS igpu memory setting from 64mb to 32 Then try to boot MacOS. It will crash and restart the computer. (don't know if this step is mandatory) Then I...

<< Solved >> Igpu (hd630) not working as expected

Hi ! My config.plist is attached. I'm on 10.15.7 with Imac20,2 SMBIOS I had a problem, photoshop not wanting to use the igpu and just crash after launch. Same for Illustrator. Also some websites who needed hardware acceleration just crashed the tab in Safari. I don't know why this happened, as...

<< Solved >> Can't boot Catalina on igpu (HD630) with Opencore

Ok I'll mark that as fixed. DP + hdmi working, no more visual glitches. Perfect 3D acceleration ! I just don't see the igpu in the "about my mac" window. I edited the code on the post above.

<< Solved >> Can't boot Catalina on igpu (HD630) with Opencore

Hi everyone :) I fixed it but not 100%. I used and edited a config.plist to enable DP and hdmi on the igpu. Now I have my two monitors working on the hd630, And the 3D acceleration is smooth as hell :D But I have "some" apps that have artifacts when I launch them. Than after some seconds, the...

<< Solved >> Can't boot Catalina on igpu (HD630) with Opencore

Ok, so I tried without the 1070 in the PCI slot and the system did not boot. So, no doubt my opencore config is the problem. But I don't know where to start. :( To talk about this hackintosh, it is running since MacOS 10.11. I was under Clover. Then I upgraded to 10.12 and 10.13. I decided to...

<< Solved >> Can't boot Catalina on igpu (HD630) with Opencore

Yep it is already on 64 But I switched back to PEG as primary boot device and now, the screen stay on the last line instead of going black. (no signal on the mobo outputs) So I took a picture :

<< Solved >> Can't boot Catalina on igpu (HD630) with Opencore

I changed to iMac20,1 All of those settings seems to be OK in my bios. I just had to disable CFG-lock but it boot with that thing enabled, when on the Nvidia card. So I don't know if it is really mandatory. I tried to boot again : nope I'll try another boot after removing the card.

<< Solved >> Can't boot Catalina on igpu (HD630) with Opencore

I tried iMacPro(don't remember the number behind), iMac19,1, iMac19,2 I already have a "chance of making it work", as it work very well if I boot on the Nvidia card. But without acceleration as we all know. I'll try without the card, you're right, as this is the only thing I did not tried. ;)

<< Solved >> Can't boot Catalina on igpu (HD630) with Opencore

Dear Hackintosh Wizards, You will find my EFI folder attached. I just lost one full day trying everything I could find on Google to make it work but I have to admit, i'll never fix that by myself... The problem is quite simple : I have a black screen, AKA "no signal" if I try to boot on the...
