No sorry I was not able to fix it. I'm still looking for a fix. It also came abruptly out of nowhere to me, but there must not be others who have fixed this problem as I have seen a few threads on some other sites with no fixes.
So I had an old Sierra installation USB from a month or two ago that I tried to use. It kept getting stuck around what seemed to be 90% to 95%. So I decided to create a new one using the UniBeast 7.1.1, since it was newer than the one I had used to make that other USB. I still got the same...
I ended up not being able to fix the issue, so i just ended up buying this one:
