Removed optane and tried to install directly on to hard drive and have the same result. Please help!

I have a new build, asus prime z370-a, 8700k, 16gb Ballistix, Intel optane 32gb m.2, Seagate 2 tb hdd, evga gtx 1080, Everytime I get to the step where I am going to install mac os I get to the point where the apple logo pops up and then it restarts and brings me back to the unibeast start...
