    That sounds typical of a USB configuration issue, but difficult to be sure without an image of the screen when it stops. Search for "prohibitory symbol" or "still waiting for root device".

    Sonoma is several levels harder than installing Windows. i9-14900KF Processor = Not supported. Graphic Card : RTX3060 = Not supported. Graphic Card : Sapphire RX6600 = Supported.

    Are you confusing POST with boot ? POST is the Power On Self Test initialisation routine that happens when you press the power button. After POST is complete it hands over to the selected boot device to continue.

    You can often use the boot menu key - Usually f12. Where you choose the drive to boot from but there is usually the option to enter setup also.
