It's the moment when the boot loader completes and hands over to the OS to continue the boot process.

A long time ago we used to see system hangs on Bluetooth (even when no Bluetooth was present) and it was a red herring. The error was related to what came next and that was graphics. No idea if this is still a thing but your graphics do appear to be incorrectly configured.
Things that spring to mind :
You should reset NVRAM after a BIOS update.
SSDT files may no longer be valid, generate new ones.
Boot in verbose mode and post a picture of the screen when it stops.
