@Djoxaa16 I am running into this same issue. I have a asus rog strixz 690i mini itx mobo. I can boot into opencore and macOS (12.3.1 Monterey) from the usb but not from the m2 where the hackintosh EFI is. Did you ever resolve your problem?

Thank you reviewing and providing advice with great screenshots! I also sighed relief that there are other methods to modifying the config.plist than the Dortania method. Makes sense that OCC is how to do this - reminiscent of Multibeast…will work on this and give an update!
