Removing SuperIOFamily.kext did the job, I'm able to execute Multibeast 5.0.1 without error now. Not sure if I should replace this kext by something else though. Anyway, Thank you for your help man!

I just tried to use Multibeast 5.0.1 on my current ML install to reinstall the FakeSMC kext but it failed with the same error as before. I guess now the best solution would be to use Multibeast 5.0.1 on a fresh install and see how it goes... I lack motivation right now but sooner or later this...
