I did had this problem with my first attempt, and i had to reinstall. No matter what parameters and settings i changed, it kept loading only via safe mode.
Maybe it had to do that i had 2 simultaneously wrong settings. One with monitor connection and the wrong setting with "VT-d disabled".
Unfortunately my friend, i haven't got any guide for this Hackintosh. It was my first try with Tony tutorial and went really well, after some KEXTs installation. :)
Yes HD Youtube playback is smooth either on 10.8 and 10.9
Bellow is my Graphics Cards System Report.
NVIDIA Quadro NVS 290...
What Graphics Card output do you use ?
It is important to NOT use VGA output with Internal Graphics Display.

See this thread for more info...

Good Luck, and don't forget to inform us with your progress...

I just upgrade the OS to OSX 10.9.1 with success.
I Also Add Vga Card, Nvidia Gigabyte GTX 650 OC Edition 1Gb GDDR5, and disable 4600 Internal GPU.
It was just a streamline procedure with no odd things. :)
I Wish Everyone a Nice 2014 with Love, Full Of Health and... full of Mac...:D
Yes it's the same mother board with only different focus on the number of outputs and expansions.
I wish you everything goes well. Don't forget to disable VD-T before start the installer. It was the only thing that made me search around for troubleshooting.
Good luck !
