The HP parts store doesn't have the cable anymore. I ordered the cable from Alinc. But I noticed that some people had issues with the cable from them. I'm hoping that isn't the case.

Did you get your C7 yet? I'd really like to see if the hardware (ie. processor) could be changed out. It's entirely possible.

Well I'll have 3.x GBs of RAM in a couple of days. (2x 2GB sticks) I see no reason why the x1600 can't run with QE in ML. I expect I'll have to hack some things to get it to work.
