Well, I took advantage of the "El Capitan" update to switch to clover, and my problem is solved so far ! Even the bootloader is way easier to configure. Everything run smoothly. Thank you all for the help !

By the way, I switch the mac profile with Chameleon wizard when it freezes. I tried several iMac profiles, some Macpro also, but nothing worked. Then, I uninstalled safari because I thought it could be the reason of the freezings, but no. Actually, my mac profile is iMac 14,2.
