i hv a dell N5010 but not same spec as yours, mine is i3 340M only. But i hv Lion and Win7 in same hard disk, but each os can't read another os's hard disk. First you have to install OSX Lion, make two partiton and keep one as free space(no format) Reboot computer and put Win7 installer...- necoalex
