How would i go about finding out if they are intel or not?

I tried that as soon as i made the drive, i have a usb 2.0 hub (4port) plugged in to the only spare usb 3.0 port i noticed it wouldnt work it gave me the stop sign and i swapped it to usb 2.0 and it doesnt work either. Im not saying i dont have any usb 2.0 ports i said i have 2 usb 2.0 ports and 2 usb 3.0 ports and i have tried every one of them

P1lgrim, i have tried all four usb ports 2x3.0 and 2x2.0 and none have given me a different outcome, i have tried legacy to no help. And i have also tried every usb that i own, about 15 in total and nothing seems to be helping.
