Just recently updated my OS to Yosemite from Mavericks. It seems as if everything is working fine, but was curious if there was a system of "checks" or process people do to see if their machine is running correctly. Speed tests etc. First hack so still learning the ins and outs, thanks :)!

Mavericks to Yosemite 10.5 upgrade - Ethernet not working Used DPCIManager, got the correct drivers installed. Then deleted my network interfaces and re-added them per your post. Everything is working great now - ethernet and app store. Thanks a ton!

Previous Mavericks build had ethernet up and working but now can't seem to get ethernet/app store to work. Tried removing the networks from Sys Pref and adding them back one by one but still no luck. Any help would be appreciated..
