Not for audio production! No dgpu is a good thing for audio, fewer clocking issues. Why do you video guys never think about us audio pros? Were like the bastard child of the modern mobile tech industry! :p

voodooi2c is not deprecated, it could be used to get more precise tracking/gestures via the SMbus port (acidanthera's vooodoops2 uses ps2 only which is not as good) its worth doing, as mentioned before one would need to get the synaptics drivers to work like the elan ones do in this kext-...

its a precision touchpad so its connected on SMBUS and PS2. This can be verified in with lscpi in linux. It *should* be possible to get the gestures working with vooodooi2c if it can be seen via SMBUS, similar to how this kext sees the elan trackpad- https://github.com/gokula/ELANSMBus On...

    VoodooI2C Help and Support

any chance you guys could post a list of *best* supported trackpads? IMO the trackpad really makes or breaks the Hackintosh laptop experience and VoodooI2C is currently the best shot at the native experience. For us creatives this is super important. Seems like the Dell XPS 15 9560/9570 is...

Has anyone tried to get the Nvidia 1050 Ti working in macOS? I noticed the x1 extreme has a bios option to disable integrated graphics and force the dgpu to use the internal/external displays so hypothetically this is possible (no optimus support required). Thanks
