Thanks, I tried it. Same result it just took a few seconds longer to boot up. It goes to clover boot manager and there are no partitions to select from.

PEBKAC - Clover boot manager will even try to inject itself between your dvd rom and booting. So because clover was on my system it tried to boot off of that even though there was nothing there.
