Kinda embarrassed to admit that changing to the oldest dirtiest usb 2.0 stick i could find got me further in the installation process.
I´m now struggling with the installation freezing after first boot, with the message '13 minutes remaining' and no progress at all on progress-bar, but i´m sure...
Ok, so i just downgraded BIOS to F21 which i was using before and i´m still stuck at the same place.
Guess it´s not related.
any tips are most welcome.. :)

I wanted to start over with my hackingtosh install already running High Sierra to document the process and get a better feeling of control over the installation.
In the process i thought i would upgrade BIOS to the latest version (F23D) so i did.

16g corsair
512g Samsung 950 Pro NVME M.2 - El Capitan
1tb Samsung 850 Evo - Windows 10
All running UEFI
I have been running a dual-boot system for a months time.
I started installing El Capitan using Clover and afterwards i installed...
I thought i had to specify the OS version that i wanted the kext to be installed on rather than the version i was creating the kext from. My bad!

But i need another mac to run patch correct ?
And that other mac should be running a fairly new version of mac os x correct ?
Tried it on wife´s macbook running 10.10.5 and got the following :
Kaspers-MacBook-Pro:patch-nvme-master Kasper$ ./patch_nvme.sh 10_11_6
Creating patched...
Seems the download link for the http://www.macvidcards.com/nvme-driver1.html driver is down :( anybody got the driver for me ? As far as i understand i need it for installing on 950 Pro and then apply RehabMan patch afterwards correct ?
