i7-10700K is one "Comet Lake" CPU which will use in the new iMac 20,1. May I ask you, why do you used 19,1 SM? Did you try the 20,1 SM?
I use SAPPHIRE RX 580 Nitro+ 8GB with a BIOS Part Number of the SAPPHIRE PULS RX 580 8 GB,
without ANYTHING and with 2 x DELL U2715H displays.
I confirm that this card is supported natively and ALL 5 ports are active.

But if you give me some advices how to do that, I'll do a new test.
I can confirm following:
- my hack is running macOS High Sierra 10.13.6 (17G65)
- I have FCXP 10.4
- Compressor OFF
- H.264 ON (extra for you)

Since couple of years of my hackintoshing I ALWAYS made and will ALWAYS do the VANILLA Installation.
Only on this way (imho) the Hackintosh will work problem less as a real Mackintosh.
All Apple services iCloud, iMessage, FaceTime, iTunes work...
