i dont use sleep so I haven't really tried to remedy this. (yes, the problem exists for me too). what problems were you getting with the string? i'm having some tearing sometimes, generally fixed with a restart. sometimes mouse pointer wants to play hide and seek.

Hd 4000 OK It seems that I'm almost there. Only issue left is HD 4000's HDMI audio out. I got HD 4000 to work by adding the EFI string from another thread. Without this it would not work. Also, I HAD to set graphics memory in UEFI to 64mb. Again, without this, HD 4000 would not work...

This board doesn't have options in the Uefi bios to change framebuffer settings. Also, which injector file are you referring to? The file that adds 0x1e0386 or something? I thought that's only for lion.

that's awesome. as is, i'm unable to get the HD 3000 to work on ML. It works fine with Lion & patched IntenSNBGraphics kext file. Let me try it with the patched BIOS and NO DSDT. Chimera should do the trick. *hopefully*

is this lion or mountain lion? just curious, why are you using the modified BIOS instead of the DSDT that BoomR has posted? Any benefit going this way?
