Ok I'll try that.
I thank you very much for your time.
You helped a lot, I won't annoy you much longer as I already abused a lot of your time.
I'll try to report something if I solve the issue. Thanks !
checked...HFSPlus was missing , I added it..same result, no OSx volume is seen
What annoys me the most is that thos partitions where visible at first and for some reason they disappeared from Bios boot menu and also OC bootloader :(
ok so all was fine. if I mount my usual partions, EFI are definitely there .
Why would your OC EFI would not detect my Mac os partition ? should I change pcie config or ACPI and such ?
Also, my usual EFI are not appearing in Bios boot as it used to. what could cause this ? I did'nt change any...
I have 2 nvme drives and 1 sata drive all formated NTFS, the usb sticks are formated Mac os Journaled .
What I don't understand is why my internal EFi was wipped away when I used OC from external thumbdrives.
Should the usb sticks formated as APFS as well ?
ok I did all that. now, open core starts with nice UI when I only had basic list at first.
But now, none of Mac partitions are detected and I only have 2 windows partition available in boot menu
Also I am trying to upgrade from Mojave so would that make a difference ?
I tried your EFI. I get the same security violation messages.
Also it had for effect to delete the last valid EFI from my last working drive.
I have few EFI backups on various USbs , SD cards etc so back again.
BUT, now trying to put back EFI working backups in my internal drives, none of them...
If booting with OC I get that
If I boot from C5126 I get that (in attachments)
Now, I tried to restore my backup EFi to 5122 to last working state. Now my EFI doesn't appear anymore in boot option as it used to :( I have to use another EFI stored on another drive . the EFI partitions do not...
What basically happens is, after updating Clover to 5126 installed VirtualSMC kext, I have 1.4.3 Lilly and Whatervgreen. I ran the the Big Sur installer. It restarted once. Then could not continue installation. I restarted and my EFI would not boot any volumes except my Windows one.
Could I...
yes, since I did the update I am in boot loop. also tried the opencore option, no success. my old EFI with clover 5101 still starts fine - but oh, I didn't try your own EFI, I just updated my own to clover 5126 but no success so far.
I will try to give a shot with yours
