This screenshot is totally misleading. The UUID of the volume does not go in the Path field. The UUID should be put in the Volume field. The path should be the path to the .efi file that boots the relevant OS.

It's an issue with your USB setup. To fix this, you need to turn on USB Ownership in the Clover PCI Devices Options. To get to this in Clover: Tap through the Clover options with right arrow key until you get to "Options" (NOT Clover Boot Options), press enter. Now select "PCI devices", then...
