Thanks for the reminder, didn't know I have to rebuild the KextCache after patching. Always thought I only have to rebuild the KextCache when installing and deleting Kexts.

After removing the kext, for the past couple of hours, no problem. I shall not jinx it and will report back tomorrow about the same time about the progress.

Man, I am using Gigabyte Radeon VII mainly due to the maximum number of 3 years of warranty, as compared to other brands.. It seems highly likely that right now only Sapphire cards are fine.
I will try removing AppleGFXHDA.kext from S/L/E temporarily to see if it helps. Brb.
@EpicNUFO Have you tried to update your vBios of GPU? I am not in my office so I cannot check if my card has its vBios updated to the latest version of 016.004.000.038.011717. Just wondering if that is an issue..
