I was messing with plist data in an attempt to get iMessage working. On restart, it is stalling on this screen (verbose).

Also, upon restarting my computer, my external Time Machine backup drive became corrupt for some reason. The problem was fixed right up...
Sorry to bump, but I would really like to have this problem resolved. Apps and web pages continue to crash. I can provide more information about my software or system if anybody needs it.
