I removed the aspf.efi file so it's not present anymore but it was. With or without it hasn't made a difference.

Generally yes both are the same but it doesn't make a difference. The only thing the frequency change affects is screen tearing (if they are both 60 no tears, 1 60 and 1 120 no tears, 1 60 and 1 anything else and it tears).

I had issues with multiple monitors. Profile 14,2 with hardware in sig. 2 monitors caused the graphics to lock up, single monitor worked fine. Had to install NvidiaGraphicsFixup/Lilu (which is supposed to fix black screen issues, something that wasn't an issue for me) and it fixed my lockups.
