Thank you for replying @CaseySJ, I was wondering if I still need to fix the GPU issue before I update to 12.4?

@CaseySJ Is this built stable in MacOS update 12.4? I am still in update 12.1 by the day. Would you recommend updating to 12.4?

@CaseySJ Thank you so much for the help! My Hackintosh is now working again after I reinstalled the OS. I was wondering what caused such an issue after I stop using the macOS for a week. (I was playing video games on PC the entire week lol!) Before I reinstalled the system, I did perform an...

@CaseySJ My magic trackpad is preventing my Hackintosh from falling sleep, and after I updated to Mac OS Monterey the preventing Bluetooth device wake Mac option is disappear. Is there any solution to that? Thanks!

You need to disable AppleVTD in order to dual boots Windows and Mac OS.

I am running Big Sur currently, and it’s about to upgrade to Monterey to try my luck. Yes, the USB drives work fine on the other USB ports. I tried a CMOS reset but it still doesn’t work!

@CaseySJ Here are the screenshots you requested, and no, I am connecting USB drives both 2.X and 3.X and MacOS are not detecting the USB drives when I connecting them to those USB ports right next to the thunderbolts ports. Please let me know what can I do, and many many thanks!

    Gigabyte Z490 Vision D (Thunderbolt 3) + i5-10400 + AMD RX 580

I have a vision D Z490 board with i9 10850K processor, and I am using @CaseySJ 0.7.6 EFI. Do I really need to follow the guide and remap all the USB ports? The only two USB ports that are not working are the two USB 3.0 ports right next to the two thunderbolt ports on the motherboard. Please help!

Can you elaborate on the 15-port USB SSDT part? I don't know anything about the 15-port USB SSDT, I just used your 0.7.6 EFI files and hope it will work. Do you have any specific guide on that? Thanks!

@bian what is your boot time so far, did you boot into a black screen before you get to the Apple login page?

I think my long boot time issue is probably not related to Samsung 970 EVO SSD. It is probably related to a software issue. I will get an apple logo and loading bar at the beginning of the booting process and then my screen went black for 30~60 seconds then I will get into the Apple login page...

Sometimes, just like before I updated to Monterey. Sometimes takes 20 seconds to boot and sometimes takes 90 seconds to boot. I don't know what caused the variation. Also, I put my boot-log in the attachment. I can't seem to find a huge time gap from the last boot. Last boot took me 55 seconds...
