So I purchased a DWA-556 after hearing many users suggest it for its OOB functionality as well as it's superior reception. Unfortunately, I cannot get ML to detect the device, not does it show up in system profiler.

It took me a bit to find a driver for the Atheros wifi card on Win7. OSX Lion detected the card OOB without any problems but Win7 needs a driver.

Before you start over from the beginning! I think you would be able to boot into OSX and use disk utility to select one of your existing partitions and separate that partition into 2 separate partitions and install XP onto one and reinstall whatever you had to delete.

Have you tried removing all the other drives and just connecting your drive with OSX? Doing that got me into my operating system which was a big relief.

My HDD with OSX has boot priority over the other internal drives. Are you suggesting I install chameleon/chimera on the other internal drives too? That wasn't necessary when they were working and recognized by OSX before.
