The first thing I did to trouble shoot was to delete 10.XX folders leaving Other only. FakeSMC.kext was in Other folder but it didn't boot at that setup either. Creating 10.13 again and copy everything from Library/Extensions to 10.13 didn't solve it. Maybe its the FakeSMC.kext version.. Updated...

Returned to 10.13.2 with Time Machine.. Boots OK now.. I will need to investigate why this happened...

Safe mode does not work either.. verbose mode messages pass so quickly impossible to read. Will try and take pictures to capture.
