I don't think it did actually, come to think of it. I've been trying to use two computers on the one screen so I think I was used to it acting up and didn't notice. Nope, haven't tweaked anything, just ran it straight out of the box.
Interestingly, the Quadro is almost unusable using Adobe apps...
Just an FYI - I updated to 10.15.3 and found that the Quadro K600 won't accept any signal until the OS is loaded - so effectively the login screen. I've had to go back to the GT710 which can see the BIOS immediately. It can't do 4K unfortunately, yet is definitely a lot faster in general use. Sigh.
Are you plugging the USB stick into a USB2 port? Icon is SS so I'm assuming USB3?
You've got multiple disks showing with MacOS and recovery so I'm assuming you've got an old system already installed? It's best to do a clean install of the OS. You may be erasing once in the installer of course...
A friend paid for some work with a monitor so getting something that's budget and works is good, plus LP AMD options are unobtainium in Aus. Wow, so much detail, the Mojave sand dunes are simply stunning!
With the kexts, I did a whole bunch of stuff at the same time like learning and fixing my...
I'll have a play this week sometime. I don't have anything in /L/E so it'll be updating and moving other bits. Thanks gents!

Also happy that a Nvidia Quadro K600 works OOB in Catalina, and runs a 4K display quite happily so far. Usage for general browsing, basic graphics is good, maybe...
Awesome work, looking forward to having a play whenever it happens!
It certainly has been! I think it has a good level of technical knowledge required though, trying to sort out my EFI folders forced me to do some more learning and get my head around the basics. The multibeast and UEFI guides...
I've got to say again a big thanks to you both, you have both built a great little eco-system and made the entry to hackintoshing fun and accessible. The time you guys put into continuing dialogue with people, and the updates of course, is commendable.
Audio question: I don't use either as I...
lol, cheers for the vote of confidence and reality check!
You're a bad influence TRS lol. I started looking at barebone versions on eBay and it's a slippery slope. I then went on to barebone 8300 chassis to update the 6300 to an 8300, then I realised I was falling into the trap.
In other...
There was an issue? lol, I just updated with nothing more than an up-to-date backup. Lots of soft reboots on mine but it went fine.
I’m such a crap hackintosher lol
Just completed a simple update (10.15 to 10.15.2) after checking the latest backup. No updates to kexts or Clover. All good so far, lots of rebooting/soft reboots though, probably half a dozen.
This thread looks at a few different options. Looks like 2.99 was a bit of a PITA for some when it came out!
